Turpin Awarded University Teaching Fellowship
Edward Turpin, a UTSA computer science PhD student, was recently awarded a University Teaching Fellowship for the 2014-2015 academic year. Turpin was one of only ten graduate students in the university to obtain the award. The $25,000 award provides support for doctoral students to develop their teaching and other academic skills while providing service to their departments and the university as a whole.
