I am an assistant professor at the Computer Science Department of the University of Texas at San Antonio. My research interests are Computational Geometry, Shape Matching, Computational Biology, Algorithms, and Discrete Mathematics. I won an NSF CAREER award in 2007 on "Application and Theory of Geometric Shape Handling".
