# CS 1173 Analysis of Dawson and Reid (HWP5 - 5 points)

- Create a simulated Dawson and Reid data set using the DawsonData.m MATLAB script.
- Analyze the average performance under sleep deprivation:
- Write MATLAB code to compute the average performance at each hour.
- Plot the average performances versus hour on a scatter plot.
- Calculate the linear fit, the correlation, and the RMS error.
- Calculate the SEM for the averages for each hour.
- Calculate the 95% confidence intervals for the averages for each hour.
- Plot the means and SEM error bars
- Plot a box plot graph for the data (for each hour).
- Perform a t-test to determine whether the true mean performance at 10 hours
is significantly different from the true mean performance at 21 hours.
