First, thanks again for your contribution and
support for ICESS 2009, held at Hangzhou, China, and we wish you
have enjoyed the conference and the city!
Due to some unexpected delay (in custom), we could not get the
proceedings in time and we thank all of you for the understanding.
As we mentioned during the conference, the delivery company has
agreed to mail out the proceedings to all attendees individually.
However, we just found out that some of the proceedings are still
not mailed out yet (especially for those without contact phone
numbers). We have being working with the company for the best
solution. For those without contact phone numbers, the company will
mail out via registered mails, and those with contact phone
numbers will be mailed out via express mails.
As soon as the company mail out all proceedings,
we will keep you updated. Thanks again for your patience!
