Oral Presentation Instructions Note that, for the accepted papers, one of the authors needs to give an oral presentation in English at the conference. Please check out the conference program for the detailed schedule and time of your presentation. The length of your presentation should be limited as follows:
The conference will provide projectors and laptops (with Windows XP). Wherever possible we would prefer to transfer your presentation file onto the host laptops via a USB drive or CD. However, if your presentation uses or includes anything other than straightforward PowerPoint, i.e. special media, such as video, Flash, Quick Time, audio, etc, you may also use your own laptop. Please contact your session chair at least 5 minutes before the session starts, and try out your presentation on the host computer!
