- "Official" Text: Engineering Problem Solving with C, 3rd Ed., by
D. Etter. 480 pages. $84.00,
$69.30 at amazon.com.
(Expensive and pretty much total garbage.
Better not to buy it.)
- Better and Cheaper Text:
Hey, I'm serious about this, even if it sounds insulting.
The book is good (5 stars on amazon.com), thorough (832 pages), and
cheap ($23.09 on amazon.com). You can keep it as a reference. Any book that
calls a piece of code "crap" in the first chapter is my kind of
text!
