Java: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/index.html. Specifically, you need to install the Java JDK (Java SE Development Kit 8); otherwise, DrJava will complain that you have no compiler.
DrJava: http://www.drjava.org.
WinSCP: http://winscp.net/eng/index.php. WinSCP is an open source free SFTP client, SCP client, and FTP client for Windows. Its main function is file transfer between a local and a remote computer. When installing, choose the explorer interface.
SSH Secure Shell 3.2 is free of charge for purposes of evaluation, non-commercial use, and university use.
