If you would like to pay for your CPS Week registration by wire transfer, please download and fill out the following registration information form and e-mail it along with a note indicating you'd like to pay by wire transfer to Linda Buss (lindabuss@mac.com), and Linda will contact you regarding details for making the wire transfer.
