Dr. Mohammad Imran Chowdhury is an Assistant Professor of Instruction in the Department of Computer Science at The University of Texas at San Antonio, TX, USA . His research is in algorithms and robotics, focusing on analyzing and designing novel path planning algorithms for Autonomous Vehicles (AVs). He received his Ph.D. in 2022 and M.Sc. in 2018 from Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL, under the supervision of Dr. Daniel Schwartz and Dr. Robert van Engelen. He completed his B.Sc. in 2012 at the Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology (CUET) in Chittagong, Bangladesh.
